To promote and protect the same employee benefits and the same rights and privileges for members who identify themselves as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual and/or Two-Spirited.
To be a resource and support for the above individuals to refer to for complaints due to discrimination and harassment on the grounds of their sexual preference, gender identity, or gender expression.
To investigate and research proactive strategies to eliminate direct and/or indirect forms of discrimination on the basis of sexual preference, gender identity, gender expression and/or association with the above individuals.
To inform members of current events and pending legislation that may affect the quality of life and/or human rights of the above individuals.
