CANDIDATES FOR COMPONENT OFFICER POSITIONS RUNNING IN THE 2024 ELECTIONS

The voting period will open at 12:00pm (EST) on January 9th, and close at 12:00pm (EST) on January 19th. Voting will be conducted by electronic ballot only.
The following candidates are running for the 2024 Component Elections:

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
- On January 9th, you will receive an email from our election provider, Simply Voting. The email subject will be 2024 Air Transat Component Elections / Élections de la Composante d’Air Transat 2024.
- The email will contain your unique Elector ID and PIN as well as a link to the voting website. You must click on this link and follow the prompts.
- Once you have submitted your ballot, you will not be eligible to vote again.
- If you have not already done so, please add vote@simplyvoting.com to your safe senders list of contacts to ensure that you receive your voting package.
- If you do not receive your voting package by end of day on January 9th, or if you have any difficulty with the voting process, please contact attabulating@gmail.com with your full name, base and employee number.
Please note, if you are not currently receiving emails from the Component, you will not receive your voting package. Please update your personal email address by emailing attabulating@gmail.com.
