SPECIAL MEETINGS
TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
(Corrected version times)
December 15th 2023
Your bargaining committee reached a tentative agreement in the early hours of December 14th, 2023.
This tentative agreement improves our working conditions. We can share with you that we have achieved gains and look forward to presenting these to you.
Remember this was achieved after 10 months of bargaining and the involvement of two conciliators.
It is important that you take part in the meetings to ensure a thorough analysis of the improvements to our CA as a whole.
We would like to reiterate that special meetings are the best place to share your opinion and ask questions.
NOTE:
Please be careful when commenting on social media. Avoid commenting on Air Transat’s social media, you are not helping bargining by doing so.
You have questions? Come to the source. We have been able to reach a tentative agreement because we were united. At the end, the choice will be yours. Members are the deciding body of the union
Voting will be electronic. Each member will receive a web link to vote. Voting will begin on December 23 at 1:00 p.m. and end on January 2nd at 1:00 p.m.
