With the process of conciliation well underway, the time has come for your bargaining committee to seek a strike mandate.
This mandate will ensure compliance with the provisions of the Canada Labor Code regarding the acquisition of the right to strike, as well as enabling the Bargaining Committee to utilize leverage at the bargaining table.
**We, therefore, ask our members for a STRONG strike mandate**
