In order to improve our working conditions, <u>we must mobilize<\/u> **<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>**We, therefore, ask our members for a STRONG strike mandate**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This mandate will ensure compliance with the provisions of the Canada Labor Code regarding the acquisition of the right to strike, as well as enabling the Bargaining Committee to utilize leverage at the bargaining table.<\/p>\n<p>A strike mandate is good for 60 days.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on when conciliation ends (<em>earliest DEC 12th<\/em>), the parties must respect a 21-day cooling off period before taking any job strike action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ask your questions and show your solidarity in order to improve YOUR working conditions!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>In Solidarity,<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR BARGAINING COMMITTEE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Dominic, Sheena, Martin, Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne and\u00a0Jill<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>For all information about your union.
