This committee shall meet once a year. However, at the time the insurance contract is up for renewal the committee shall meet as necessary. The members of the Committee may request that experts accompany them during such meetings as required. The Company shall provide any information regarding the Cabin Personnel insurance file (Statistics involving cost and group experience from the current and previous year).
